The DALClient App makes it easy to view, cancel and track your upcoming Dial-A-Lift rides. To use the app, passengers must be certified to use Dial-A-Lift services. Riders will receive reminders about their trips at 6 p.m. the night before the ride, when the vehicle is 15 minutes away and when the vehicle has arrived.
How do I get started?
Start by downloading the DALClient App, then create your user account by providing the required account information (name, phone number, email, address, preferred communication method and space requirements).
How do I schedule a ride?
Riders can call 360-754-9393 to book rides or ask questions. A trip can be booked for as early as 15 minutes after the start of service hours, and as late as 15 minutes before the end of service hours. Rides can be scheduled up to five days in advance.
When will I know my ride details?
You will be given a 30-minute pickup window. For example, if you request a 9 a.m. pickup, you will receive a pickup window of 8:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
If the requested time is not available, the system will provide +/- one hour around the requested time for availability. For example, for a 9 a.m., the system may return a pickup window between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
How long will my driver wait for me?
Your driver will wait for you for 5 minutes. If you don’t arrive within that time, your driver will move on to their next pickup. If you still need your ride, please call us and we will send the next available driver. If your driver arrives before the communicated pick-up window, they will wait until the beginning of the pickup window plus 5 minutes.
How much will it cost?
Dial-A-Lift is provided free of charge by Intercity Transit.
